Our inspections are unbiased appraisals of each major part of the swimming pool and will communicate estimated age of items, remaining lifespan and estimated cost to replace.

Inspection Parameters

Decking and Drainage
We inspect visible portions of your concrete, paver, natural stone, wood or composite decking for damage, structural movement, pitch and integrity of installation.

Pool Surface
We inspect vinyl liners, plaster and tile for chemical damage, wrinkles, tares, cracks and structural movement.

Pumping Equipment
We inspect pool pumps and accessory pumps for prime, air bubbles, cavitation and overall health of the motor and its’ components.

Filtration
We inspect diatomaceous earth, cartridge and sand filters for damage, valve movement, pressure and overall health of the components.

Drains
We inspect floor and wall drains for VGB compliancy.

Cleaning System
We inspect Polaris style floor cleaners for proper operation of the cleaner and its’ booster motor.

Skimmers
We inspect pool skimmers for cracks, separation and structural movement.

Railings and Accessories
We inspect railings, dive boards, mounting points and related accessories for overall health and structural damage.

Pool Lights
We inspect incandescent and LED light fixtures for operation and water intrusion.

Visible Plumbing Lines, Valves and Water Features
We inspect accessory equipment including aboveground plumbing, waterfalls, water slides, deck jets and moveable valves for overall health and proper operation.

Heater
We test fire gas and electric pool heaters and inspect for leaks, gas pressure, rust and overall health of the unit.

Electrical
We inspect electrical components such as automation panels, time clocks, equipotential bonding, gfci receptacles and chlorine generator power centers.

Barriers Fences and Gates
We inspect perimeter fencing and gates for damage, full continuity and self latching mechanisms.

Safety Cover
We inspect swimming pool safety covers for overall health and determine estimated life expectancy.
